Goose was building a modern operating system for pet care businesses: one platform where providers could manage bookings, process payments, handle client records, and run their business end to end. The challenge was designing something powerful enough for operators while keeping it intuitive for the pet owners booking through it.
They needed a team that understood how to ship an MVP without losing sight of the experience.
We started with market research to confirm product-market fit and map out what each user type actually needed. From there, we moved into design and development, building an MVP with three distinct experiences inside one platform.
Facility operators got booking management, payment processing, client records, and reporting. Goose admins got dashboards and oversight tools. Pet owners got clean reservation flows on the other side of the operators' businesses.
The MVP shipped, the fundraising followed, and we believed in the product enough to co-invest in their Seed round alongside B Capital and First Round. Goose came back to Remedy in 2025 as they began scaling to enterprise.
